Below are some of the services that we offer here at Fibre. Do send us an email if you have any questions on our services.
Active Conditioning is our Functional Fitness Sessions that will challenge your physical and mentally. Expect to work with barbells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, weights vests or in other words anything.
Weight Lifting is a Specialist Class where we look at lifting drills, skills and strength cycles to develop maximum strength in our lifts, mainly the 2 Olympic Lifting or Weight Lifting movements the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
Gymnastics is a Specialist Class where we learn body weight movements, like handstands, pistols, bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups and numerous other CrossFit related movements.
Redline HIIT is our version of High Intensity Interval training that keeps you moving for 30-45 minutes. It is not hard to pick up, suitable for all levels of experiences and just a whole lot of sweat to burn those kilojoules (calories).
