ACTCON

Active Conditioning is our Functional Training sessions that will incorporate CrossFit methods. Expect a range of exercises from Weight Lifting, Gymnastics, Strongman and Monostructural elements.

REDLINE HIIT

Redline is our version of HIIT with weights. High Intensity Interval training that is varied and will keep you moving for a majority of the class time. Challenging and Rewarding.

WEIGHT LIFTING

Weight lifting is about spending time lifting heavy and working on specific weight lifting techniques and drills to improve your movement. Great for all levels of lifters.

GYMNASTICS

This class is fun and exciting. We use this session to build on your bodyweight strength and awareness and compliments your normal ACTCON workouts.
